Insurance & Financial Information

As a courtesy to our patients, we accept most dental insurance plans and will gladly file the claim. In order to process claims properly, patients must provide us their correct and appropriate insurance information and/or inform us of any changes regarding their dental insurance at the time of service. Please bring your current dental insurance card with you to your first visit. Although we process your insurance claims for you, you remain responsible for the entire bill. Please keep in mind, most dental insurances do not cover orthodontic treatment.

Orthodontic services can be an investment, that is why our office is pleased to offer convenient payment plans to our patients. If you would like to discuss your options, please call our office and ask for our Financial Coordinator.
